Cre8 Builders is a turnkey residential development company. From the initial project analysis to design-build to final sale, Cre8 has experience in every phase. We believe every project is unique, so the architecture and design of every home we build will reflect the character of the area, while also offering state-of-the-art amenities.
Cre8 started as a family business and we still design and build homes to a level of quality which we would want for our personal residence. This personal touch and attention to detail is reflected in every project we take on, from the lots we choose to build upon to the final coat of paint on the walls, we believe in what we build!

André Luna
Managing Partner
After working in management consulting early in his career, André chose Baylor University for his MBA. It was during his final semester at Baylor, that André founded a construction company that focused on repair and remediation of existing buildings based in Austin, TX. Still operational today, that company served as the springboard for André to found Cre8 Builders.He now focuses on land acquisition, project analysis and investor relations as Managing Partner for Cre8 Builders.
Katerina Schload
Managing Partner
After completing her Masters Degree in Linguistics and International Relations in Russia, Katerina accepted a position in the US as a Corporate Communications Specialist and Trilingual Interpreter for an international restaurant group. Upon moving to New York City in 2012, Katerina began working as an independent marketing consultant and brand strategist, while developing her e-commerce platform and building her own career as a TV host. Fluent in four languages and learning a fifth, Katerina brings a wealth of design and marketing knowledge to Cre8 Builders. She leads the interior design and finishes team, while also heading up Cre8’s brand development and marketing efforts.
